Being busy is not the same as being profitable. Set shows you the difference.

Set cleans up your books, breaks down every job by what it really cost, and hands your CPA exactly what they need. Two one-time packages. Two monthly retainers. Start where you are.

Start with a cleanup.
Stay for the ongoing work.

Packages 01 and 02 are one-time engagements — you get a clean set of books and a clear picture of your numbers. Packages 03 and 04 are monthly retainers for contractors who want their books handled, jobs tracked, and margins protected every single month. Start anywhere. Move up when you are ready.

Four outcomes.
Every engagement.

01
Save time
Books organized, receipts sorted, accounts reconciled. Everything clean and ready before tax season so you are not digging through a year of transactions at the worst possible moment. You send files. You get clarity back.
02
Lower costs
Every job broken down by what it actually cost. Labor, materials, subcontractors, overhead. Once you can see the real number on every job you know what to cut, what to renegotiate, and where cheaper or better alternatives exist.
03
Keep more money
Records clean and prepped before they touch your CPA. Their time goes toward finding deductions, tracking mileage, equipment, depreciation. The difference between organized and disorganized records is often thousands of dollars in what you owe.
04
Make more money
The numbers tell a story. Which jobs have the best margins. Where you are undercharging. How to close clients faster and stop the back and forth. What the data says you should be doing more of. That is what gets surfaced and acted on.

FAQ
If your books have never been organized, start with Foundation — it is the cleanest entry point. If you run multiple jobs and want to know which ones are actually making money, Clarity does that. If you want your books handled every month without thinking about it, Full Control is the retainer that covers ongoing bookkeeping and job costing. If you want that plus hands-on implementation — repricing, process fixes, strategy — Command is built for that.
Foundation and Clarity are one-time engagements — you send your data, I do the work, you get the deliverables. Full Control and Command are monthly retainers: your books are handled every single month, job costing is updated as jobs complete, cash forecasting stays current, and your CPA always has what they need. A 3-month minimum applies to both retainers so there is enough runway for the work to actually show up in the numbers.
It means we act on what the numbers show — together. Not a list of suggestions. Every month we review the data, identify what to do, and implement it: repricing undervalued jobs, tightening deposit collection, adjusting how you track overhead. The bookkeeping is maintained automatically. The implementation is what makes the numbers change.
Whatever you have. Bank exports as CSV or PDF, a QuickBooks file, a spreadsheet you have been using, a folder of receipts. Send it as it is. Getting it into shape is part of what I do.
Every package includes a CPA handoff — your books delivered in the format your accountant needs. Full Control and Command include coordination with the CPA on tax strategy. The CPA's tax filing fee is separate and depends on your return complexity. The organized records almost always save you more than that fee through deductions your accountant can now actually find.
Yes. If you start with Foundation or Clarity and want ongoing bookkeeping, moving into Full Control or Command is a natural next step. The cleanup work already done carries forward — we pick up from clean books and keep them that way every month going forward.
Your data is used only to do the work and shared only with the CPA as part of the handoff you agreed to. If you have specific concerns about how files are shared, we work that out before you send anything.
